Robert:

For some months now, I have been looking for a donor ZN1300 Voyager, to fuel inject my A-4 1300. Seeing your bike inspires me to continue with this modification. As you modified yours, did you find a whole system from a Z1300 from the EU or did you use a Voyager for the fuel system?

As you probably know, in the States, we never received the ZG series, just the carbureted models.

Regards.

On this subject of Roberts beautiful creation, I came across the photo below I took a few years ago of my own ZRX1200R parked alongside Dave D's very good & original Z1300A1.

Its just interesting to see the 2 bikes separate then see them "morph" into one as Robert has managed to do so well !

Its also one of my favorite bike photos as it demonstrates well the evolution of Kawasaki Water Cooled Multi Cylinder Bikes from 79 to 2005. Old & New but both superb !

Robert has asked me to state that he's from Quebec, not Ontario :)

My Apologies! Mistake corrected.

Brilliant Robert- thanks for the photo.
On the old kz 1300 forum there was French/canadian guy who had put a corvette rim onto the rear swing arm of a kz 1300 , a FJ 1110 fairing and a number of other modifications that I cant remember- but the conversion was pretty radical for its day. But his name escapes me.Do you know other kz 1300 owners in Quebec ? Last fall there was about 3 bikes for sale on Kijiji in the province -probably more sold there than in the rest of the country.
Keep up the good work
