I don't think it's a genuine factory fairing it looks more like a Krauser to me.

This person has been trying to sell it for a while. I've also seen it on CL as well. Very nice bike but just asking way too much money. He or she wants over $10000.00 USD. Unfortunately I don't feel KZ1300's command that kind of coin yet. Maybe in another 10 years ? The fairing was not a Kawasaki part but obviously a dealer add on or some person added on. I saw another one set up just like this on Ebay a couple of years ago.I think it sold for $2500 I believe.I can also imagine the heat that fairing traps

would be good to know which engine & frame number sit has. I do agree that the price, to me, is a bit, high, though price and value are sometimes disconnected.

I used to help a Japanese guy to buy the number (frame & engine) 6 from Germany. That price had been lower.

Though looking at what people quote in Switzerland for used Z1300, they go up to CHF 11900 which equals roughly USD 12500 (!)

So, whatever it is, we wish him luck to get the money for it.
