We all know the vast record of carb related infoand discussion on the site, but i am after a specific answer if anyone has it.
by the edge ot the  throttle butterflies when closed there is a hole where if you spray through the idle screw appertures you get a jet through.
Also there and mentioned on scotchs carb overhaul are 3 microscopic holes. These are the ones i guess the cleaning tool pressurises laquer cleaner?
i want to know where the 3 holes go to i,e where the other end of them?
Any idea.
Anyone who has a cleaning tool may see the jets of cleaner expiring at the other end, if so where please.
Just intrigues  me.

Hi scotch
yep thanks for the link and great info on there by you no doubt.
All i want to know is where do the passages from the 3 close hole go to, so if you squirt thinner in them where does it emit?
if not knows no probs.
i have read the series on cleaning agin but i can see where they go

The three transition ports get their fuel from the same gallery as the pilot needle.  The transition ports are not metered by the pilot needle. Flushing with "the Tool" forces fluid into the pilot  needle jet AND the 3 Tran./ports and the fluid discharges out of the idle jet tower.

Ah ok i see.
god knows how they drilled them out eh.
So if the tool forces it through the 3 transition ports and the pilot jet and into the idle jet tower i guess all 4 vènting through there , there is no obvious way to definitevely know all 4 are clear.
its just the tool you designed is the best way anyone could possibly clean these out by far.
Pm you scotch
