Thanks guys. Great help. Bike runs crap terrible starting and when it does some cylinders not firing.Lots of popping etc Have started on carbs. Ripped apart and surprisingly clean. All alley are clear and show carb cleaner running through but all cleaned anyway. When i insert these washers and rebuild i am hoping it will help. Then on to coil checks, new plugs and leads, and shim checks. Hopefully that will sort it and then i can start sripping the paint off the engine for repaint.

Going to burst your bubble - These spacers have nothing to do with the idle problems.
Difficulty starting? "Choke Air Modification" should deal with this!
Not all cyl's firing - lots of "popping" Typically 3 things: 1) Regardless of how clean the carbs look you've got a blockage somewhere. "The Cleaning Tool" deals with this and is the only method that can ! 2) Brass Idle-jets are degraded, disrupting a uniform flow of fuel/air - replace with new. 3) "Pilot-Needles" are damaged -Tips are bent and or "mushroomed" from being dropped ! In this case they are garbage - replace with new.
