It is not visible on this diagram. You need to go to Carb parts diagram, part no 16014

Thats correct....................its the 6 BRASS Screws across the top of the 3 carbs.
You have 6 in total (2 per carb).
OUT is richer.
IN is Leaner.

Your manual may state the setting is 1.75 turns OUT (from fully home).............which is not correct.
Start with 2.5 turns OUT and go from there.
I have found the quickest and by far most effective way to set your mixtures is with a Gunstons Colortune Spark Plug, which basically allows you to see the fuel burning and set it at exactly the correct Bunsen Blue Color.

yeah thanks pete....i have a Gunstons Colortune... i will use it.
i have this bike it starts well enough and runs well too.
but it pops a lot....no backfiring just little sutttle pops...
sounds funny but this suggests to me she's running a tad lean.....

Is the popping only on deceleration/ engine braking or at idle?
