I posted pictures of these some time ago but some recent remarks made me think it might be useful to post again.

A basic flat-bladed driver with a precise notch filed into it. The bevel on the inside of the opening helps guide the driver onto the adjusting-screw hex-head. The length is not as cumbersome as you might think ! This will only work on the heads of adjusting screws that haven't been totally "butchered".
Grind the 10mm box-end down to the same thickness as the sync-screw locking nut. I don't use the open end.
