Hi all, some time ago I saw some information on where, and how, to drill a hole in the TPS on a 85 DFI that allows you to squirt some cleaning spray into it to clean carbon etc.
Would someone be able to put a link up for me for this as I cant seem to be able to find it, TIA.

I did a quick Goggle search for "ZN1300 throttle position sensor drilling cleaning and this came up.

TPS Tool - American Voyager Association

I'm in a position where I can reproduce the TPS Sensor tool. .... is to drill a small hole in the top and bottom and use contact cleaner and a little ...

I tried opening up the link and it took me to the American Voyager site but that reference would not come up in the thread. I would think you saw it on the American Voyager Site. I'm not a member of that site so searching the site will not be available to me. Don't know if that helps you with your inquiry.
