Weekend update
the engine is back in the frame
front end installed
swing arm installed
so far all is going good with no issues
it is time consuming as i need to tap all threads
the only issue now if to fined tires...
is anyone use Dunlop Elite 4 ???

Slowly making progress
Front calipers rebuild
front wheel and new front brakes installed
received rear tire yesterday
hope to have rolling bike by the weekend

Well done. It’s looking really good. The fork and brakes are very impressive. The levers and master cylinders look interesting. It looks like you’ve converted to a hydraulic clutch too.

Which method did you use to convert to a hydraulic clutch at the engine end Bar? Looking very good btw B)

thank you guys
I didn't start the electricity yet.... that will be a challenge
but i made sure all is working before I took it apart, so in theory I should be OK

for the clutch conversion I used the part below, this is the easiest way to go and fit as direct replacement on most bikes
I used the same on my CBR and working great for few years
