Can hardly see the headlight indicator light. Is this common on kz130 series?

Is the the high beam idiot light? If so, yeah, you usually can't see it too well, unless it's actually dark out. I've got several bikes that are like that, and it's perfectly normal. Mostly due to the dark blue lens filter, I think.

The blue high beam light works fine but the low beam indicator light is barely visible.

If you are talking about the light on the far right of the dash which is sort of white in color, that's not a low beam indicator. It's a safety light which tells you that your headlight bulb is burned out. It's on very dim all the time but if the headlight bulb blows out it comes on bright.

Check the bulbs! Old bulbs can develop a "silvering" on the inside of the globe from years of burning. I'm guessing it's ionized filament. A couple of mine were so bad I could barely see the filament.

I changed to all LED but this required some mods to the LEDs to shorten them to make them fit. It's written up in the forum somewhere.
