Howdy all,
Just bought a '79 KZ1300 and will pick it up later this week. Needs a full restoration so I might modify it a little to make it unique.

We are a very visual group here on KZ1300.com! So, LOTS of pics are required to keep us happy! Especially any pics of special features or anything unique about the bike!
Welcome to the group, and I'm sure you will find lots of help here. Almost everything that has been done to a 1300 has been shown here!

Welcome aboard from the Canadian side of life!! I like the idea of "making it yours" Like you, I'm building a unique ride. It will be a CBX look alike complete with Candy Glory Red paint scheme and badging that looks like the CBX but detailed with KZ1300 identification. It also gets a duck tail on the rear tailpiece.
Good luck with your project and when you run into trouble, we're here to help.

P.S. Post some pics when you get it home. It would also be nice if you started a post of your transformation. It's historical value for you and Eye Candy for us.
