is there any 4 piston brake calipers that fit right on a z 13 1979 a1

Perhaps he means a four piston brake caliper.

Make a bracket and you could do the conversion for $500 or so .
Go the the german site and buy theirs for about 1200 euro.

Pre-tech in England make a direct 6 piston bolt on for about the same money.
