I’m sure I’ve asked this before but a search doesn’t reveal anything?

I'll have to look! Too many bikes, so each tire has a silver marker denoting appropriate pressure for that tire.I’m sure I’ve asked this before but a search doesn’t reveal anything?

From 40 to 45 lbs, but no less than 40.

I've learned over the years to question everything that I find on the internet because since Youtube, and Facebook etc. anyone can post anything and it's the "Gospel according to Moses"
I'm sure Ted has reasons for his tire pressure settings and I respect that. For me, I always want to go back to an engineered spec and in the case of these KZ1300's the spec for tire pressure would be found in the Owner's Manual so.......
On page 88 of the Owner's Manual
That's what Kawasaki called for.

There's also a "Tire and Load Data" label attached to the bottom of the seat pan. A reproduction label is available from FleeBay.com
Reproduction Tire and Load Data label
but looking at the pressures on this label I "suspect" that this is a reproduction of the ZN1300 Voyager label since the pressures noted on the label are slightly higher than the pressures quoted in the Owner's Manual for the 1979 KZ1300.
Note on the label, the rear tire spec'd is a MU90-16 so 16" diameter rear tire is for the Voyager.

Between 33 and 36 psi (we measure in bar).
