I would be careful especially if there's any UV damage to it making the paint or needles brittle. If you want to really restore it, there's paint you can get to brighten up and restore any fade to the existing needles/paint. It would be meticulous detailed work but would probably look great if done right lol.
Since that speedo had broken glass you should find a local auto glazier and maybe have the tempered U/V resistant stuff cut to fit. Then carefully peel that sticker off the old glass to affix to the new .
If not you could just use picture frame glass and cut your own too lol it's the same thickness just easier to break.

I will use a mild detergent. The front of the cluster is not glass its plastic. I still have the sticker on my 13. I am not going to put this on my bike. I will trade it for a few things I need.
