Found this cluster and it looks like a kz1300 but im new too these bikes. Can anyone ID the year?
a bunch of old kawasaki`s

This is an instrument cluster from a USA model KZ1300 or KZ1300 Touring.

It is the ONLY one fitted to all models of these bikes.

The UK European one showed a higher MPH reading of 160MPH which is how I can define.

Looks to be identical to the unit on my 81.

It was listed on ebay as unidentified so figured i would save it with so little miles and no fading

lol darn I was actually watching that auction all week and was hoping to score a cheap speedo.

I'd definitely say if you got it you got a great deal. A low mileage cluster doesn't come cheap and you can always cut new glass for it :).
