Does anyone know what kind of exhaust system this is?

I saw a photo of an exhaust system with a upswept muffler. Looks great, in my opinion. Does anyone know if this is a custom job, or it’s available somewhere?

Looks like a custom job.
The red arrow points to a curved adapter where a large modern silencer is fitted.
The green arrow indicates a plate made for this purpose to hold the original passenger footpeg support.
The yellow arrow indicates the new position of the footpegs where the passenger's knees are at the height of the rider's armpit.
During the cosmetic operation the rear fender has disappeared.
