Hi all, did a search but couldn’t find an answer, has a solution too the dread cracked overflow bottle been found? Helping out a friend whose bottle has been glued up with something, but he’s afraid too ride it in case it lets go. Also are all the bottles the same for al models ? His is a Australian 1989 ZG1300 injected. Thanks, keep safe and merry Xmas all.

I don't have an answer, but made wonder if these tanks could be reproduced using a printer?

I cut mine in half due to needing space for the battery. I then got a piece of hard transparent plastic sheet, the type they use for car side screens when they don't want to use glass, and glued that to the remains using heat gun glue. I have done 250 miles and not spilt a drop (of water!).

I recall KZQ said that they couldn’t be printed.
