I found a manufacturer that makes new stators and voltage regulator rectifier to fit these bikes and many others here's the link for them at Rick's Electronics

KZ1300 stators come in two different widths, 18,19 and 23,24 mm.

Mine is 19 mm. The Ricks part number is 21-242. ~150 USD.
