No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration

It isn’t restricted at all. It was, I believe, all the idea of some loony woman in the US government at the time - Joan Claybrook I think. Quite what the reason was I can’t recall.
You can, if you wish, change the speedo for a 160mph unit, or have the original recalibrated and a new face.

Hi Jim,
You’re right Jim, it was done in the belief that if the speedo only showed 80mph it would stop excessive speeding. Don’t think so somehow. Do you know anyone in the U.K. who recalibrates the speedo
