I see the radiator cap for our bikes is NLA from Kawasaki, where are you guys getting yours from? Or is there another that fits?

Re: Radiator cap source
4 years 10 months ago - 4 years 10 months agoI've been given links to the lever type Stant cap on another group & my concern was that they're designed to start venting at 18 to 22 psi when the original is 13 psi, which could do more damage than good in an overheat situation. However this particular one that you've given the link to seems to fit the bill. Thanks for the info, I'll try to search one out in the UK

Phil,
Grateful if you can let me know how you get on with this, as my cap is looking worse for its 40 years of age.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWill do mate. Found the one on UK Ebay that Scotch recommended 15 quid delivered. An alternative is available on the German website & although I don't want to knock them as they provide a lot of discontinued parts for our bikes I found the 30 quid plus shipping a bit expensive for a radiator cap that's not even OEM.
Btw I replaced the cap last 20 years ago, when the OEM one was still available, I only noticed the outer rubber seal had started to perish when I went to complete the cooling system service today.
