Retainer, Mechanical Seal

#25007
Anyone have a "retainer, mechanical seal" they are willing to sell? It's part number 14020-1004 and its the aluminium plate that caries the mechanical seal and bolts into the block behind the water pump impeller.

I've mullered mine removing a stubborn screw

I'm in UK.

As I suspected. They can't get one - so they refunded this morning. Hopefully have found a used one available from a UK enthusiast now :-)

How soon do you need it? I can't promise I have one spare but I will take a look. The thing is I am going to first open the housing on my bike and see if I need one as well, and that will happen in a couple weeks or so. 0ne route to obtain one I suggest, and that's how I got mine, getting a spare cylinder block - the housing will be there. Plus all the spare good cylinder sleeves, possibly nylon gears and good shafts etc. There are some really cheap blocks on Ebay once in a while.

Thanks Stan,

Hopefully I should get mine soon. I did look for a second hand block but nothing local. Shipping one from the USA would have cost a fortune.

If I had more experience milling aluminium I might have had a go a machining one on my home built CNC machine
