I think that's a Voyager II - a 1200 - four

I asked the lose to Seattle owner to post some photos and he did. Considering that it has a title, if I was close by it would be a reasonable purchase. I think it's a touring bike, so many things missing to make it original. And who knows what gremlins are in the engine.
