What you need is an English Shepherd

It isn't right being forced into selling your bike out of fear. I assume your bikes are insured against damage or loss?

It sounds like you have taken some precautions. If they strike again you are a tougher nut to crack and if they succeed you should recover the money at least.

Someone tried breaking into my garage a few years back. It didn't work out very well for them. An alert dog, an alarm, a CCTV system and an armed owner keeps most of the scum away and those that rarely try are very sorry.

the trouble is we aint allowed to have guns, and if we get a big stick and beat them with it we are liable to get done for assault and the scum thieves will get a slap wrist and told not to do it again or if they are really unlucky they will have to sweep the roads for a few weeks.
and if you have a dog and it bites them then the dog will be shot and you are done for having a dangerous animal and you would probably have to pay THEM compensation.

Alsation/Doberman/Staff cross, he scares dogs and kids away but would probably make a thief a cup of tea and give him the keys..big teeth , small brain!

I have a life size picture of the wife's mother pasted to my garage door.
It even scares me away, and I own the place. :woohoo:
