Tank Oil Pressure Warning Sticker - Question for '79 models.

Hi,

Was this sticker also applied on the '79 bikes? I have seen them on the 80 models at the earliest but I'm not sure if it is historically correct to have this decal on the tank for the '79. 
Also, was this sticker only applied on the Euro Z1300s or also on the North American KZ1300s? 

     

Also, would anyone have the exact dimensions?
Any help would be appreciated.
