Yes, that does look good. Exactly the look I want as well. Is it the GPZ750 fairing or another like it?

I don't know what bike it's from. I saw it on ebay and just chanced it would be the right size, luckily it turned out ok.

after tuesday even the calendar goes WTF

I bought the bike. I was told by the vendor that it was a "strong" runner but disappointed to write it only runs on 5 cylinders. I did a compression test (on cold engine) and got 110 to 126 on nos 1 to 5 and only 60 on no 6. This weekend I started to check the valve clearances but had to stop cos I dropped a cylinder head rubber plug down in to the camshaft chain tunnel and now the engine wont turn! I just hope I dont have to remove cylinder head and block to remove that plug!
