Regrettable Engine strip down !!!! I think

Thanks Scotch, I did this same job las year on my Z1R, one drawing only, and very simple.
So This is the first time working to this extent on a "6". Just making sure everything is 100% this bike is very important to me.
If i can just ask, pistons 1 and 6 at TDC aligning the T on the rotor. Is their any possibility this could be on the wrong stroke ?

No, it's irrelevant.  

Hi Kawboy, It states in the official manual line up the marks on the cams as close as possible ! Is this close enough.

Your Cam timing is Correct !
