SS Socket-Head (Allen) Bolts for Side Covers
4 years 4 months ago - 4 years 4 months ago
A guy in Clearwater, Florida is selling these bolt kits on eBay for $30 including shipping. They are NOT sold as being specific for the 1300, but for "KAWASAKI Z1 KZ900 KZ1000 1973 - 1980."
Any idea if this would mostly work on my '82? I've also sent the seller a message asking if he could make up a kit specifically for us.
eBay item number: 254684945832

Some of the bolts maybe the correct length, but I dont think the majority will.
The KZ / Z1300 has very specific and unique to model engine casings / covers with many bolts of varying length so you really do need to get the specific kit for it.
These kits are availabe on Ebay like this..............132240645596

Dang. When I lived two miles from one world-class hardware store and five miles from another, I could have just run over there and bought stainless socket-head cap screws in any size and length one by one to make my own kit. Oh well.
