I just saw a video how it works. Same idea as using a socket and hammer it, except you just push it. I tried the socket and punch on KZ and it would not move at all... The springs seem to be very strong and awkwardly angled. How much weight do you need to push it by hand?

Quick edit. Just saw another video someone whacking it with a hammer. So it made me think again.. Using a hammer didn't even move the springs like it did doing other engines.
I am still leaning towards something less violent, lol

Ya, you don't use a hammer - that's a red-neck approach - completely unnecessary and more likely to cause damage IMHO. Correct use of the tool takes some weight but works very slickly and quickly.
