Thanks KB
I found some further tests for the igniter in the supplement.
I don't have any voltage to the pick up assembly!
I do have some under crank but its all over the place,
I made sure everything was earthed, removed the side stand switch.
One of the earths into the igniter only works when the ignition is on?
Also found that the green , blue and black only pulse at 9 to 12 volts under crank and half start the bike.
Then I was getting weak spark which got drowned, and its all over for that cylinder until I dry it out.
My theory is that the igniter was just on the edge of properly functioning, like it was half dying, which caused me to spend all my time chasing coils, leads, caps, resistors and injectors.
However I have had many, many theories on why this thing is so problematic, none of which have proven correct.
So bought an igniter ex Canada on ebay and will see how we go.
Cheers
