Handlebar grips

I just have one of these and looking for another to make a pair. Are these stock for any year or aftermarket? Either way, anyone has it or could point me to a source?
So far I can't track them.

I have found more on Ebay, so it seems not a problem if I want a pair. In such case I might settle for a different design..
If anyone has just one laying around (like in the photo), let me know. The throttle side I think is 24 mm inside diameter

Most eBay grips I see are 120mm internal length. I think our bikes are 135mm
