Turn Signal Switch

The turn signal switch on my Voyager is really stiff' but otherwise functions flawlessly. It was a long time ago but I seem to recall my 79 KZ1300's turn signal switch was also really stiff. Just wondering what other's experience. I'm tempted to get in there and clean things out to see if it improves, but if others have tired that with little improvement, I'm not going to bother.

PS: not sure why Kawasaki didn't use a design that cancels the turn signals electronically (like Yamahas of similar vintage ) rather than the goofy solenoid driven mechanical switch.

Try a squirt of WD40 or a small squirt silicon grease
