ZN1300 Audio Casette Cover Lock - rekeying lock

My ZN came with a lockable cassette cover, unfortunately my keys don't fit the lock. It's easy enough to remove the lock assembly but it's not obvious if the lock can be re-keyed. Anyone have any experience with this?
