Taking the fairing off a voyager, will this work? was created by barrett
All the plastic is failing on my voyager. Since most the used stuff out there is on its way out, I am thinking of stripping my bike down at least the front which contains broken plastic housing broken cb/stereo/tape etc... would this cluster work?

if not, what am I looking for.
Thanks in advance for any help.

That Gauge should work. I used the gauge cluster from a 2002 Ninja 250. But I also switched to a mechanical speedo pickup.
The ZN1300 has a digital speed sensor on the front wheel axle, wiring that might be difficult.
I hope you took some electrical engineering class's!

Hi Barrett,
I'm sure that it's possible but the wiring system for the fuel injection, or at least the diagnostic systems for the fuel injection, is in the fairing. I've got a similar project going on. At present I just cut down the fairing so as to have it to house all the wiring but eventually I hope to strip all of it away.
What do you think?
Regards
Bill
