To get this bike on the center stand, I have to place the rear wheel on top of a half inch piece of plywood.
To get enough clearance on the lift, they have to move the bike backwards, then ride on top of the plywood. 
 

 

 
I have done this hundreds of times. But this time, I forgot to leave the bike and gear. 

I have to roll the bike backwards to the point where the rear wheel is on the apron of the lift.
That's the area that is the ramp so it angles down. 
 

Basically, the bike just rolled off of the ramp and fell to the right hand side, side stand down.
 

The good news is, on my last ride of 200+ miles, it did not use any oil.
  So now I have to fix the broken aluminum of the rack.
Find a replacement tail light lens.
Didn't find a sticker or something to hide the paint damage!It could've been a lot worse.
Still shit shit shit shit shit!
