I never like to see a 13 get chopped up but that does look amazing.

Don't think it has been chopped up from what I can see it's not even the OEM frame.

Perhaps "chopped" was a poor choice of words for me. Personally I don't like to see 13's deviate too far from standard.
But the I do like to see well engineered customs on any bike as I appreciate the engineering that goes into them.
I don't see any good points when people go down the "rat bike" route though.
It always makes me smile when I see the seat foam removed as far as it will go from a 13 and I think of the song "short people"
