Thanks for that link. That two cylinder bike is a W1 which Meguro Manufacturing Co. produced under a license from Birmingham Small Arms Co. The W1 was a 624 CC copy of a BSA A7 which was a 500 CC twin. It didn't do very well when introduced in the USA in 1967. They followed with a W2 which didn't do any better. In 1969 they came out with the W3 which sported dual front disks and an instrument cluster from a Z1. The W3 was a better competitor for the British two cylinder bikes but perhaps too little too late. I have a 1974 W3 although I haven't ridden it in close to 20 years.
