Pete, try "Peter James"
Ive been using them (as are most of my classic owning mates) - for years and always found them helpful and cost competitive: also very easy to get an agreed value etc.
Nice that whenever you call them you get a freindly "Brummie" to chat with.
Cheers Tim

I have been with Carole Nash for years... first with my 1978 Shovelhead, and then with my KZ1000P. They have always been competitive.

6 years 1 month agoSame here, for about 20 years, I still play the same game with them come every renewal though & usually get a few quid knocked off. Less than 200 quid for the 1300 & a Yam MT-01McBoney wrote: I have been with Carole Nash for years... first with my 1978 Shovelhead, and then with my KZ1000P. They have always been competitive.

Phil, I see your bike is slightly customised: shocks, steering bar, brakes and exhaust from what I can see.
Do you declare that the bike has been changed from standard spec when seeking insurance?

Re: UK Classic Bike Insurance ?
6 years 1 month agoYes, I informed them from the off that it was modified & they asked what the modifications were. Their answer was that in their eyes, better brakes / handling is a lower risk so they don't load the premium.McBoney wrote: Phil, I see your bike is slightly customised: shocks, steering bar, brakes and exhaust from what I can see.
