Finally swapped tappet covers

I'm on my Xmas holidays and have finally gotten around to swapping over the tappet covers on the 13, took off the one with the reed covers and put on an Aussie one with none and a flat top, sanded all the oxide off with wet and dry and painted it up, looks better and cleaner, now thinking of putting on a old set of fiberglass cop panniers I have here, well I have 2 sets but only one set with the lids on, trouble is that the mounts are home made, chunky steel, will have to look into it, still don't really need them as I have plenty of storage in the sidecar, but it is a waste just having them sitting there ... aahh decisions decisions

They are good panniers the old Cravens they hold 24 cans of magic amber and enough ice to keep them cold and a steak for the BBQ.
I have a pair of Krausers that a bit the worse for wear but I think some gooey fibreglass stuff will fix them.
