What is the redline RPM for a 1983 ZN1300?

My 83 did not come with a gauge cluster so I have to make/re-purpose one. I've searched Google and the only thing I could find was that the max HP output is at 8000 rpm.

Just need to know what the max RPM was for this engine. Thanks!
