Fast idle removal

Ive always hated how, Kawasaki’s in particular rev their tits off when on choke. I always juggle the choke until warm and avoid high revs from cold with no oil up top so I’m thinking of just removing the cam from the choke rail and warming up on the throttle. Now I know on the 13 the throttle butterfly pull/sync bars (for the want of a better term) the fast idle system and the tickover adjuster are all weirdly linked so will removing the fast idle cam cock everything up now I’ve finally sorted my carbs?

Try just setting the choke lever to half way.
