8 days sitting dry. Fuel on, Full choke and about 4 crank revolutions this time for another solid start ! No need for any further reports regarding the choke-air mod. as I am convinced !

So.... what's the final shape of the mod? I guess the silicone and brass tubes are a long obsolete version 1.

Did I see discussion somewhere of a modified ally rivet (less the pin!) being driven in?

Crikey, I've lost track of this one!

The only point to supplementing the original "Brass and Silicone" mod. was to point-out there's often various ways of achieving a goal. The bottom-line is simple: Restrict the 5 mm air port down to that of the 1/8" brass tube. End of dialogue !
