I am also making this individual air filters.
They work great as well!
We don’t even have to re-jet the carburetors - our bike were build to run very rich/fat to begin with.

I'm curious to know your thoughts on the monoshock set up. t looks like it's too much movement for the universal joints in the drive shaft or have you gone to a different style joint in the shaft?

NO ! Not too much movement as expected - OEM joints in the shaft!
So far 7-8 years with no problems!
