You're right . Scotch's write up on carb cleaning is missing. Maybe it didn't get uploaded when KZQ moved us over to the new software.
If you want a set of Scotch's Floats or one of his cleaning tools, you need to send Scotch a PM (private Message) He's quick to answer. He will need your Mailing address to calculate the shipping costs so do yourself a favor and include it in your request for pricing.
