Cam chain tensioner

Hi all, I red all the topics about this but I cant find what I need.
I got from zed parts a zx11 cct, they said its own spring is ok to fit, even though I know is more powerful than the original and I dont want to put extra strength on the chain.
Does anyone had a new softer spring made to replace its original one, leaving all the rest of the mechanism exactly how it is?
If yes. I would like to know the pressure of the spring u had made.  It should be strong enough to oush the bar out but not too much to put extra strength on the chain either, so what should be a good pressure?   A 1 kg all compressed?   If anyone had this done or has the knowledge to tell me something real, please.   Thanks!!
