Gee - wonder why this 81 won't start?

The so-called tech said "I removed rust from your tank using vinegar. To prevent it from flash-rusting, I mixed a light ratio of 2-stroke oil.

Now it's decided to not start, and a carb is overflowing.

My work here is done.

Come and get your bike, I'm done with it.
