Blown Internal Clamping Diode: Inside the ECU/PCM, there are Zener diodes or resistor-capacitor networks designed to limit, "square-off," or dump this high-voltage kick safely to ground. If the diode has blown open, the voltage spike will shoot up entirely uninhibited—often reaching 250V to 400V

I found this . We fried the good scope as it spiked around 400volts. Have to send it back to the UK for repairs.

The ECU has been checked and passed but don't know how well its been checked.

Also says;
The excessive voltage will erraticize injector timing, forcing them to either lock wide open or fail to open at all. This leads to violent cylinder shaking, rough idling, and rhythmic "hiccuping" as specific cylinders completely fail to fire.                                   ( Yes , my bike runs like shit.)

Could be my issue so will see if I can replace the ECU.
Thanks KB
