Bike looks to be awesome!

I don't know.... I removed everything i don't need and hope that the bike will start
yesterday it did so I'm in good shape.
not sure yet if to stay with the original harness and fuse /relay box just clean it or go for new wiring, that will be another complete project.
now I'm stuck removing the swing arm
what is the best way to remove the Drive shaft???

Not sure if Kawasaki going to approve the new frame ...
but this will be the new look
the one thing I don't do is welding, too many years since I did
lucky me, one of my employees is a master welder and did beautiful job on my CBR
I decided to stay with the original fuse/relay box and it will be relocated.
hope to be done with electrical and welding in the next couple of weeks
waiting on many parts I order but plenty to do till I get them

Wow, that is some major surgery, I thought I did quite a major job on mine, but you are taking it to another level!
Please just make sure you are happy that the whole thing is strong enough and when in doubt, err on the 'overkill' side. As you well know these bikes are powerful and heavy!
.... sorry, teaching grandma I'm sure!

Hi Paul,
It will be strong, I used 1 inch pipe (OD) and it is 1/8 inch thick, will be stronger then the original.
I am straggling now with the battery box, got it all ready yesterday, Guess what… Too big for where I want it to go. I will need to go with a different battery.
Hope to get the harness today and redo it for the third time and hope to find a solution that I like for the battery.
I managed few motorcycle shops back in the days when I was much younger with no gray hair, I was Honda service manager in Israel at some point so I know a little bit on bikes
