Great potential here. Regardless as I am in the process of assembling needed parts and pieces :)
36,589 miles. 11/79 manufacture date.
and my silhouette hangs like a body bag
hope is a moment now long past,
the shadow of death is the one I cast

The American models have a white sticker on frame near front fork location which gives manufacturer information including month and year of manufacture.

Nothing like getting your hands on a barn find and seeing the "glimmer of hope" just under the dust, mud, and bird crap. Could that glimmer be basecoat/clearcoat in great condition?
