Sometimes if you use a different grade of oil it will eliminate slippage, if you have not long acquired the bike it may be worth a try before spending the $$

when I did the oil change I used what the guys at the Kaw dealer said to use
10w-40 motorcycle oil
not to start another oil debate
I know on all our inline 4's we use 20-50 dino oil (you know the old style)
and they are wet cluthes
but what could I change it to ?
Thanks

For the factory option, have you checked with the dealership yet? They may be available from Kaw or via lightspeed when looking for dead NOS stock at dealerships.
For the aftermarket option:

Looks like Barnett makes a carbon fiber clutch for your year and model.
