Seeing the discussions in another thread about how to cool the engine oil, I came up with a simple and basic way to use the pressure of the pump to derive a circuit where a radiator can be mounted.
I await your opinion.
We have two holes in the oil passage at the bottom of the engine block.
Red entrance and blue color with screw cap.Both holes communicate with each other.
We have the same holes in the oil pan, red color oil pressure, blue color with screw cap.Both holes communicate with each other.
The idea would be to plug the red tube with a simple plastic or metal cap.
Then use the threaded holes in the crankcase, outlet hole, and in the engine block, inlet hole, to add two hydraulic pressure fittings and a tube to drive an oil circuit to a radiator placed at the front of the motorcycle and bring it back to the entrance to the engine block..
Once I have finished assembling my motorcycle, I do not rule out the idea of looking for a second-hand oil radiator and trying the invention.
WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THIS IDEA?

if your plan is to tap off a certain amount of oil flow from the engine gallery and flow it through the oil cooler and then return the oil to the sump, that could work, provided you control the flow in the cooling circuit so that you don't reduce the oil pressure supplying the engine. A flow control valve at the inlet of the cooler would be advised . Maybe consider a pressure relief valve that opened the flow when the oil pressure was above 30-40 PSI?? that way you'll still be able to provide oil pressure at low rpm's It could be a little tricky to get set up, but it's doable.

It may be simpler if possible.
A U-shaped finned tube between the two holes in the crankcase and the engine block ,taking advantage of the width of the engine.
We eliminate the radiator and ensure a working temperature of the oil without excessive heating.
What do you think?

My proposal is simpler, it involves making a bypass to include an oil cooling system, not diverting only part of the flow, which is why pressure valves are not needed.if your plan is to tap off a certain amount of oil flow from the engine gallery and flow it through the oil cooler and then return the oil to the sump, that could work, provided you control the flow in the cooling circuit so that you don't reduce the oil pressure supplying the engine. That should work as long as you have cool air to flow over the finned copper tube
