Well, getting old ain't for faint o heart yes?
Had a beautiful Sierra Mountains foothill ride, last Tuesday.
Wed a local ride with ex-local rider back for visit..
And now can barely move my head with out neck popping and dropping me to <practically> to knee caps.
Sigh.

I’ve always had good results with treatment at an osteopath whenever I’ve been afflicted with back, neck, or shoulder issues.
